delivery. We act as an intermediary between customers and local vendors/suppliers.
3. User Account

- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability

5. Delivery

- Product quality issues beyond our control
11. Wallet and Rewards
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable
- Rewards and cashback are subject to specific terms
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel reward programs
- Wallet funds do not expire unless account is inactive for 2 years
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or
for any other reason at our sole discretion.
